Entering works
Friends can enter up to 4 pieces of original artwork at a cost of £12 per entry (non-returnable). Payments are by bank transfer. The deadline for entry and payment is 1 March 2024.

Two important changes to note for this year:
Handing in day is Sunday 24 March, but selection and collection of unselected works are on the following day, Monday 25 March.
Second, small is beautiful! In the Youngwood Room we have plenty of space identified specifically for smaller pieces, and the size limits for works are reduced this year. 2D artworks must be a maximum 60cm along any side, including frame. 3D works must have a maximum base size of 30cm along any side, including supports, and height 50cm
Key dates
Opening of online entry form: Monday 29 January 24
Entry form with payment deadline: Friday 1 March 5pm
Handing in of work at RWA: Sunday 24 March 11am-2pm.
NB. there is space to drop off outside for 2 cars at a time but no parking.
Please bring your work unwrapped, THERE IS NO PROVISION FOR UNWRAPPING due to the small space.
Selection process: Monday 25 March 10.30am-12.30pm
Collection of non-selected work: Monday 25 March 2.30pm-4.30pm
NB. Due to the short time allocated to the selection process, we may not be able to inform you about the success of your submission prior to the afternoon collection time. It is therefore imperative that you return in the afternoon of 25 March. If you are unable to attend in the afternoon, please arrange for someone to come and collect your work with a permission slip, should it not have been selected
Preview and prize-giving at RWA (booking/invitation only): Thursday 28 March 5.30pm-6.30pm & 6.30pm-7.30pm
Exhibition opens: Friday 29 March 10am
Exhibition closes: Sunday 28 April 5pm
Collection of sold and unsold works at RWA: Tuesday 30 April 2pm-5pm
